The Organization Needed a Better Way to Communicate
Microsoft’s Office organization relied on fragmented tools and manual communication methods to share updates and knowledge across teams. Important information was difficult to find, inconsistent in format, and often lost in email threads or disconnected systems.

CHALLENGE
Create a centralized, scalable system for knowledge sharing
There was an opportunity to design a connected platform that would:
Microsoft’s Office organization relied on fragmented tools and manual communication methods to share updates and knowledge across teams. Important information was difficult to find, inconsistent in format, and often lost in email threads or disconnected systems.

ROLE
Designing a scalable content system across users, teams, and workflows
I led the end-to-end design of the platform
- Defined information architecture and content structure
- Designed core product experiences (home, dashboard, team spaces)
- Created scalable UI patterns for content publishing
- Partnered with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders across orgs
- Ensured usability, clarity, and adoption through iterative design
